Set up for Success was set up by two entrepreneurs and former corporate employees - Kevin Cahill and Ines Cid Blanco. Kevin and Ines met in 2023 at a virtual event and bonded over their mutual dislike for bookkeeping and the struggles encountered in the first few years of setting up their LTDs. Kevin got several fines from HMRC and has taught himself how to use the LTD structure to support his business (and grow his investments). Ines had to pay expensive professional accountants to set up her business statements only to realize she could have done it herself for a fraction of the cost. Due to this, they decided to establish "Set Up for Success" to help entrepreneurs set up their businesses correctly and efficiently, from the start.
